I cycled up in the early morning sun. Approx 2 miles. Wild flowers blooming and grapes forming on the vines. Wild thyme and oats underfoot. It did not matter that I could not enter as the solitariness...

Quiet little chapel

I attended a concert on the grounds outside the church. It is quite lovely. Another time, I went up and had a picnic with a friend. It was open both times, so I think I was lucky!

Beautiful but can only see the outside if you just turn up

Beautiful and idyllic location - excellent views from up there. Shame there is not more information regarding the place, it's history and ability to see inside.
