Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum Highlights: Must-See Features and Attractions
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
The museum is not big, but it is very interesting, with exciting exhibits related to the Apollo moon landing program, and visitors can also participate in some interactive projects. Near the museum is the ground satellite receiving station (OTCDish) built in 1966. It was jointly established by Australia and NASA and has tracked Gemini, the Apollo space mission, and Halley's Comet. It was closed in 1987. . The large radar with a diameter of 29.5 meters in the satellite receiving station is the star in the camera lens of tourists. It is affectionately referred to as a large plate or a large disc, which lights up red after night, making people feel as if they are on another planet. Surrounding the museum are large plantations, and know that Carnarvon provides more than half of Western Australia's fruit and vegetables!

Must See space museum
A must see for everyone interested in anything space. Kids would especially enjoy all the interactive exhibits. We loved the full size lunar lander. Gift shop was great too.
