What travelers say:

Santo Nino is Cebu's patron saint. Every 3rd Sunday of January, Cebuanos celebrate the feast day. Most people from Cebu and other provinces participate in the fluvial parades and procession. The government hosted the conduct of Sinulog festival. The celebration is always full of fun with the street dancing, floats and all. But this 2021, no celebration was organized due to COVID. Instead devotees visit thw church, light the candles and pray.
