Down Wushi Mountain, across the East Bridge, there is a building in a small alley with a different style from the surrounding houses, blue and gray exterior walls, double-storey moths in the door building, and four black characters on the white-bottom door: Xin Geng Villa. Crossing the threshold, a tea tree in the courtyard is blooming with white flowers, adding vitality to the old house. If the wooden table in the hall is still an old thing 83 years ago, it should still have the imprints of Mao Zedong, Zhu De, and Chen Yi. In March 1929, the Red Army of Zhu Mao entered the army for the first time. After the capture of Changting, the expansion meeting of the former committee of the Red Fourth Army was held here. Mao Zedong's theory of rural siege of the city probably began to form here. The Red Fourth Army commander Zhu De and the female guerrilla leader Kang Keqing also entered the cave here.
Xingeng Villa is where Zhu De and Comrade Kang Keqing married, and is also the former residence of Chairman Mao Zedong. The ordinary Hakka architectural style, the layout inside is simple, and only the first floor of the upper and lower floors are open to the outside world. The focus is on the unique construction of the door gate.
The famous historical relics were once the birthplace and cradle of the modern revolution.
Very beautiful villa, the surrounding greening is doing well.
