    Memorial to the fallen law enforcement officers

    This monument is situated next to the local studies museum. It is in the very heart of the city center. I walked by and took pictures of it.

    The monument was set in memory of the victims during the performance of the duties of the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The memorial was solemnly opened in 2013.
