"[View] The Fundaço Zoo-Botânica de Belo Horizonte This trail starts at Bright Angel Lodge. We set off at 7 am and calmly stepped onto the trail to enjoy the scenery and the moment. It was 10 o'clock and my friend and I went to the second rest point in front of the Indian Garden. We took 2 hours 30 minutes down the mountain and 3 hours 30 minutes up the mountain. The climb was a bit difficult but nothing was physically incapable for the person who was exercising. There were two water points and toilets on the way. I don't think this trail is dangerous as it is wide enough to provide serenity. It was sunny and not too hot that day but needed constant watering. Our husband ventured out and walked to the end of the trail to the Colorado River. You should bring food, water, sunscreen, a hat, and don't forget that sticks are important."

The roses were well looked after and the park itself was well maintained with toilets. Entry was free so bring drinks and walk around the roses.
