Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County
#losangeles
First time visitor and absolutely love this place. There's a variety of exhibits to explore and discover. The layout of the museum is such that there is no one way or " "}right" "} way to explore, and you may even find yourself wandering into different exhibits without planning to! The plaques are informative and their fossils collection is extensive. I appreciate how the plaques will showcase which part of the models are real fossils and which bones are recreated. From gems, to dinosaurs, bugs, mammals, birds, dioramas, gardens, there's so much to explore. I recommend getting in early! I did not get to visit the entire museum within my time there, and I will definitely be back.
It is worth playing, experienced a different feeling, the exhibition hall design is very good, each exhibition area has artistic conception. The science and technology museum next door must go, the same area needs to buy tickets, spaceships, aviation launch pads, scene exhibitions.
The venue is very large, and you can also see three halls on the day you go, which is very cost-effective. The number of dinosaurs in the museum is the most, the introduction is the most detailed, and there is also the jewelry exhibition area in the museum. All kinds of huge red, yellow and blue are absolutely amazing eyes!
The museum that must go back is rich in dinosaur fossils. It is especially recommended for the mineral museum. It is smaller than the natural museum in New York, but there are many lectures and interactive links. It is really good. Next to it is the Science and Technology Museum. You can see two museums a day!
It was beyond imagination, the exhibits were super rich, and I watched it for nearly three hours. The child also likes it very much.
It wasn't planned to come here, but it was too hot for a few days. Think about it, at least, to visit indoors without sunshine. But on that day, the parking lot was full, because there was an open-air concert in the gymnasium beside us, and we also saw all kinds of fashionable young people. Next to it seems to be the Science and Technology Museum. It looks like there are a lot of people. The Museum of Natural History is not too crowded, but the entrance is a large dinosaur fossil. In fact, the collection is not too large. Besides fossils and jewelry, there are some ancient Chinese cultural relics. It must have been plundered by American ghosts. It's about five or six o'clock in the afternoon. Let's just spend some time here.
The Natural History Museum is also more interesting.
Super Museum of Nature, which mainly introduces the diversity of organisms, a lot of animal specimens, but also the Paleontology Hall, and Los Angeles History Hall. This museum needs to buy tickets. The museum is very large. I don't think it's too much to visit it in one day. There's also the California Science Center next to it. Don't plan to finish it in one day. It's impossible!
