Hiking from the tower to Breton to see. Easy to walk up. Then stopping at different water caves on the way back to the reserve. It was so beautiful and we enjoyed the whole hike, relaxing
El Yunque National Forest is located in Puerto Rico and belongs to the National Park System, managed by the National Park Service (National Park Service). It is said that this is the largest tropical virgin rainforest in the US National Tropical Rainforest System. We first went to the visitor center. You can see many tropical plants just in the visitor center. The guide took us on a hike called La Mina Trail. Our tour guide is a girl who introduces the tropical rain forest along the way, and stops to explain when he encounters some plants. This trekking route is not difficult to walk, there are basically built roads along the way, passing a waterfall called La Mina, where many people swim. Yokahu Observation Tower is an observation tower in the rain forest. You can see how big the rain forest is from a height. In the Caribbean, the weather is mostly good. But when the hurricane comes, everything becomes terrible. I also passed by LA COCA Waterfall, which is also a small waterfall in the tropical rain forest. Suitable for taking group photos. As a reward after the hike, the guide took us to a restaurant called Don Esteban in Fajardo. The fish I ordered (Pechuga A LA PLANCHA) was very good. People who don't like fish like me find it delicious.
