Great walk totalling over 6 miles from the Patuxent Branch Trail RR bridge car park.
Mixed woodland walk along the river ending at beautiful Lake Elkhorn. Plenty of birdlife including a pair of Osprey over the lake dam. Highly recommended for families as there is plenty of shade.
Friends trip
I walked around the lake with some friends. It was nice. We saw some animals and fish swimming in the lake!

My daughter lives in one of the townhouses. I can be found on the Lake at least twice daily when I visit, which is often. Very pleasant walk. Lots of shade.
