Great mill to visit, still in working order.
This is a fantastic example of the history of the local area. The mill offers an insight in the cultivation, production & use of corn & flat, both key aspects of local life in the 19th & 20th century....
Well worth a visit
This historic site was where flax was made for various second World war products. It has been restored really well, is free to visit and a very good guided tour is provided. Highly recommended.

Great demonstration of industrial heritage in working order. I had had little idea of the origins of linen before this free guided tour
Free museum, great if you have a history or Engineering interest.
One of only two working mills left in Ireland. This was well resourced and laid out. Guide was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I really liked that we had the guide...
