Great for train buffs
An interesting historical rail centre: has a turntable and lots of old carriages, much of which is awaiting renovation. Worth a visit if you have an interest in rail history: an hour or so sufficient...
Don't bother
Drove in to visit. Looked more like the local tip than a museum. Didn't get out of the car, needs a facelift to attract visitors.
Keep your expectations low or be disappointed
Not much effort has been made to present the exhibits which is a shame. A massive cleanup is overdue as shown by a picture of what it looked like when the place first opened
A great area set up to retain history and restore trains to their former glory
Not a bad way to pass a little extra time if you are looking for something to do. Sadly we had no one guide us around which ,I am sure, would have made it far more interesting than us just wandering ...
