Very good experience! First, they told us how the Inca civilization was cultivated using the position of the sun. Then show us some Incas's understanding of the Milky Way and the constellations. Finally, take us outside to see the stars with a telescope. The staff are very friendly and can answer any questions you have. One of the problems is that the names of the stars are all in English, and some of them are a bit strange to me because I am Chinese and only know Chinese names. Maybe next time you can add some Chinese names to the PPT.
Visitors are not big when passing by during the day. The planetarium is not big and there are many different attractions to visit together, it is still recommended for those who like astronomy.
When we discovered that there was a planetarium in Cusco, we had to visit it. The planetarium is run by a family (our guide is one of the brothers) and they have a lot of information about the Inca culture. Our favorite part is sitting in the dome and listening to the commentary about the stars and constellations. Unfortunately, the night we went was cloudy and we didn't see any stars through the telescope, but we still had a very enjoyable time, and we recommend you to visit. You will meet the staff in a square in Cusco, then take a bus to the planetarium, and finally return to the city again, which is really helpful.
The astronomical calendar level of the Inca civilization is also very high.
