Wuhua Building

In the center of the ancient city of Dali, there is the tallest ancient building in the ancient city, called Wuhua Building. Wuhua Building was the first state guesthouse of Nanyu Wang. In the early Ming Dynasty, Wuhua Building was burned down in the war. During the Ming and Hongwu years, when the ancient city of Dali was rebuilt, the Bell and Drum Tower was repaired on the former site of Wuhua Building. When rebuilding Wuhua Building, because of the difficulty of finding the giant tree pillar, the smaller the building, which is incomparable to the Nanxun period. The rebuilt Wuhua Building is the highest point of the ancient city and has become one of the iconic buildings in the ancient city of Dali.
