Etretta (Etretat) is a small coastal town in northwestern France. Located in the north of the English Channel, a seaside town of typical Normandy style, with a population of less than 2,000 people. The coast of Etletta stretches for several kilometers, facing the sea, a cliff cut straight by seawater and sea breeze, the cliff is special white gray, like a huge white wall. The cliffs are crafted, naturally, several "archs", "bridge", the sky, the sea, magnificent. The town of Etletta is famous for its natural beauty, like the nose of an elephant in the Aval Cliff, which attracts many literati and inkmen.
Etreta, which is known as the Elephant-nosed Coast, has a unique shape that looks like an elephant's nose as it stretches out to the natural arch of the Atlantic Ocean.
The town by Elephant Trunk Hill, called Etereta, is small, but it is very delicate, as in other French towns, clean, tidy, beautiful, everywhere in flowers, as if every day is festival.
The white cliffs of Normandy are no strangers to me, and the more famous British white cliffs across the channel have been to England several times before. The white cliffs in Normandy are not as spectacular as the Seven Sisters and Old Harry Rocks, but, dotted with the little French villages between the cliffs, the French girls in beautiful dresses lying on the grass to bask in the sun, the newlyweds in front of the chapel to make wedding dresses, and the seafood feasts facing the sea, All the high cliffs and the Atlantic winds are incomparably refined romantic.
At Easter holiday, Etletta is scarcely visited. Especially at night, the restaurant is closed early, miss the meal point can not find food again. Later, the street end will be empty. Walking in the street, only heard his high heels knocking on the stone road crisp sound, some scary. But the lights of the shops are not extinguished, the whole town still shows warm bright color, very beautiful.
