Fubo Mountain is located on the west bank of the Lijiang River in the middle of Guilin. It is the only peak close to the mountains and rivers here. The folk legend says that Fubo General Ma in Han Dynasty used archery to defeat enemies, and cut stone to test swords in this mountain. That's how the this mountain named. Fubo Mountain is a well known mountain in Guilin. When you climb to the top of the mountain, you can look around the scenery of the city. The sword-testing stone on the mountain is a famous attraction. When entering the Fubo Mountain Gate, you can see a 5,000-kilogram cast-iron bell and a "Thousand-man Pan". These two relics are from the Dingyue Temple in the Qing Dynasty. They are still intact and their ornaments and inscriptions are clearly recognizable.
