Yutai Salt Store

Yutai Yanpu was opened by Jiang Kaishi's grandfather. The store is divided into two buildings, the front building is three downstairs, the upstairs is home, and the back is a workshop. Salt and wine are mainly sold, including rice, vegetable cakes, lime and groceries, and then handed over to Jiang Kaishi's father to operate. Dezong Guangxu 13 years (1887), Chiang Kai-shek was born here.

Yutai Yanpu is the birthplace of Chiang Kai-shek. According to genealogy, Chiang Kai-shek was born on the upper floor of Yutai Yanpu in the 13th year of Qing Guangxu (1887) on the 15th September of the lunar calendar. Yutai Yanpu was opened by Chiang Kai-shek's grandfather Jiang Siqian in 1871 and was later inherited by Chiang Kai-shek's father Jiang Zhaocong. After Jiang Zhaocong died, Jiang Jieqing's half-brother Jiang Jieqing proposed to divide the family and classify the salt shop as his own business. It is said that Jiang Jieqing eats, drinks, gambles, and goes out to do things, and the salt shop is closed. There are three existing buildings, three bungalows, and kitchens, toilets and other affiliated buildings.
