The Cathedral Square is probably the most visited place in Florence, with several complexes of buildings, the Cathedral of the Virgin Mary, the Gate of Heaven, the Bell Tower of San Giotto and so on, so famous that it is always a constant tourist. There are also lots of horses and carriages, lots of people but a bit chaotic, and lots of shops selling a variety of products
The square in front of the Cathedral of the Virgin Mary, where you have seen tours, locals dressed up as the people of Florence in the middle ages, wearing the ancient shaggy dresses, there are also souvenir shops around, but nothing like the exquisite Cathedral of the Virgin Mary, Would have been cheaper if the same souvenirs were recommended for shop shopping in the square
A place full of history, we walked down a path and there was a lot of stuff to see in the distance, the Cathedral of Sagrada Familia, because it was Christmas Eve, and the square was full of Christmas atmosphere, and there were lots of people who were going to be very careful.
The Duomo is possibly the most beautiful church (on the outside) that I have ever seen. The greens and pinks are so lovely, and the church is so massive!
The majestic Duomo so hugh and right in the heart Florence To enter Duomo u have to purchase ticket from nearby stalls and be prepared for a long wait But finally its worth it if you have the time Local cafeterias nearby. and the smell of rich coffee everywhere
Here you can find the Florence Cathedral and the Giotto's bell tower. It is one of the most visited places in Europe and the world.
Words can't express the beauty! The architecture is amazing from every angle.
The Piazza del Duomo is one of the most important squares in Florence and encompases the Cathedral (Duomo), the Campanile (Tower), the Baptistry, and the Cathedral Museum, along with many wonderful shops, boutiques, and restaurants. It's a great place to shop, to explore, and to just people watch.
