Additional Information

Introduction

Renshou Temple is located on 5 Zumiao Road, Chancheng District, Foshan City. Only hundreds of meters apart from Foshan Ancestral Temple, it is the site for Foshan Buddhist Association. Renshou Temple was built in Shunzhi 13th year (1656) in the Qing Dynasty by the master monk of the Tantric Church at Foshan Bay, the shop of the Guanyin Hall. Entering the temple, the first thing you can see is a seven-story octagonal pagoda. The main body of the pagoda is red, each section covered with green glazed tile. It is very spectacular. Here you can sit on the promenade, read the scriptures, or listen to monks chanting Buddhist sutras to feel peace of mind.
