Traveling to Nanxiong, we came to the Meiguan Ancient Road Scenic Area. We went up the mountain from the Guangdong side. I heard that the way up the mountain from Dayu, Jiangxi is a bit easier. We can try it again if we have the opportunity. Meiguan Scenic Area is a comprehensive scenic spot that gathers historical sites, natural landscapes, cultural landscapes, and red tourism. There are different varieties of plum trees planted all the way in the scenic spot. The Meiguan scenic spot of "Xingsheng, Luqi, Meixiang, and Diling" integrates the three-color tourism resources of "ancient, red and green". Meiling, also known as Dayuling, is 746 meters above sea level, straddling the two provinces of Jiangxi and Guangdong. It has the spectacle of "the southern branches of flowers fall, and the northern branches begin to bloom".
The entire scenic area of Meiguan Scenic Area is actually an ancient road. There are almost no steps, bumps and mottled, overgrown with weeds. Climbing along the slope, you can reach the highest point of Meiguan, the junction of ancient Jiangxi and Guangdong. All the goods are from here. An ancient road traverses the mountains and mountains of Meiling and is transported to Guangdong to the sea.
The overall scenery of Dayu is beautiful, and each scenic spot has its own local charm. The landscape paintings of Meiguan Scenic Area attract more and more tourists to come here for sightseeing and take home the landscape with the scenery as the background.
Meiguan Scenic Area is located at the junction of Jiangxi and Guangdong. The area is small and the scenery is good. Jiangxi is relatively steep and difficult to climb. It takes about an hour to play around. Tickets are 20 yuan, 65 years old and over are free, and parking fee is 5 yuan. Meiguan plum blossoms are in full bloom from late December to early January.
