Daguan Building, formerly known as Jinshui Wonder Building. It is located on the north bank of Jinjiang River in the city, in front of the People's Government of Gaoan City. Qiaolou was built in a long time lost. It has a thousand years of history from the Yuanfeng period of the Northern Song Dynasty (1078-1085) to the present. The original building with a plaque inscribed "Song Si Yuan Liu" was burned down in the military disaster of the Yuan Dynasty. In the middle Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty (1588-1604), Tian Yijia, the magistrate of the Ming Dynasty, was rebuilt in the style of the Ming Dynasty. In the 20th year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1815), Shi Jun, the prefect of Ruizhou (now Gao'an), was rebuilt according to the original appearance, taking Fan Zhongyan's "Yueyang Tower" ......Yueyang Tower was renamed Daguan Tower which means "Daguan Ye".
