Zekate House

Built between 1811 and 1812, it was a gift from the family of his powerful assistant Zeko, Ottoman Ali Pasha, who ruled Ginocaster at the time. The building is located on the hillside overlooking the entire Ginocast, almost the same height as Ginocast Castle, with excellent views, especially suitable for panoramic views. The form of the tower is first conducive to defense. And Zekate House is large in scale, with Ottoman-style decorations retained inside. The functions of each room space are clear, there is a living room, a hall for the son-in-law and children, a kitchen, etc., and a variety of household utensils are also displayed. At present, the building is still owned by the Zeko family, they live next to it, and the ticket money is also handed to them. Tickets 200 lek.

Zekate House is a legendary well-preserved Ottoman period building. The exterior is very tall. The interior is relatively empty and there are not many furnishings, but the ceilings and murals on the walls in some houses are very exquisite. Because of the age, some of them have faded but they are still worth watching. The scenery on the balcony is an exclusive 270-degree mountain view of the city, and it is recommended to take pictures. The courtyard at the entrance is also very wide.
