I just passed in front of me during the walk, but it was in the woods and had a very nice atmosphere and was like a foreign country. It is also close to the ski resort.

It is a very nice church in Wadano no Mori. If you go from the Itoigawa side of Niigata Prefecture, it is close to the Happoone Ski Resort, so you always pass in front of it, but it is a really fairy tale and nice church. When I went in November before the ski season, I only saw the appearance, but it was really nice. It's a Christian church with a slightly higher threshold for Japanese people, but if you just look at it from the outside, nothing is said and the exterior of the building is well worth seeing. it's recommended.
