What travelers say:

The Children's Hall of the National Museum of Finland is really awesome. After watching a complete historical explanation, you can experience all aspects of life in the Viking era here. You can build your own house, grind the stone yourself, just like an adventure park, let us feel the details and bits of history in the long river of history.

Additional Information

The Finnish National Museum is located in the heart of Helsinki, particularly close to the Parliament Building. The museum has a medieval church-like exterior and is a fusion of an old Finnish church and castle-style building, designed by three Finnish architects. There is a statue of a stone bear at the entrance of the museum, which has become one of the symbols of the Finnish National Museum. On the ceiling of the entrance hall of the museum is Galen Carrera's large murals inspired by the narrative poems of Kalevala. It is a treasure of the town hall that cannot be missed.
