Expo Town of Vernacular Dwellings in the Ming and Qing Dynasties—Film and Television Shooting Area

The Ming and Qing Dynasties Expo Park is only a small part of Hengdian. This time our crew was shooting in winter. The yellow plum blossoms set off the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The location is a bit biased. It takes a while to find the house.

Hengdian's Ming and Qing residential expo city is really beautiful. We don't have to worry about traffic because we have a shuttle bus for the crew. It has an ancient flavor and likes the winter plums in the park.

Take a few days off and go to Hengdian for a walk; one of the attractions: Ming and Qing Dynasties Expo City, which covers an area of more than 900 mu, is a comprehensive film and television cultural tourism area integrating ancient construction protection, film and television shooting, tourism and art exhibitions, divided into "Peach Blossom" and "Qinhuai River" two dozen scenic spots. The "Peach Blossomyuan" scene is concentrated, and nearly 200 houses in the Ming, Qing and Republic of China have been demolished from Zhejiang, Shanghai and other places. The city has been named the "China Cultural Relics Protection Foundation Demonstration Base" and "China Ancient Houses Protection Base". Powder walls and tiles, masonry wood carvings, Dougong Qinfang, cow leg flower windows are the heart of countless craft masters, pavilions, theaters, halls, houses, Tunxi Old Street are the folk art of thousands of years of history and culture. The "Qinhuai River" scene is based on the Qinhuai, Nanjing, ten miles in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It reproduces the bustling ancient capital style centered on Confucius Temple. It has concentrated on building Confucius Temple, Jiangnan Gongyuan, Bayanfang, Zhuangyuan Mansion, Taoyedu and other buildings. The Yuanming New Park Exhibition Hall, Fujian Tulou, high-tech 4D dynamic cinema, is a new highlight. Chinese Quyi and film and television clips are also arranged in the scenic spot. Some programs also involve tourists and make people feel at ease.
