Hengdian World Studios - Guangzhou & Hongkong Streets
160 rmb - a little bit expensive but i was surprised how the price was totally worth it eventhough they open at 1pm to 8pm. I was there after 1pm walking around and was thinking why i paid such a big amount when the views are normal. Please check the schedule of their shows. I liked the gun fight and the magic show. I did not like the show where they were using a jetski and there is a boat of pirates i think.
BONUS: this is what made me realize why it was really worth it. At night, the place just totally changes and it becomes so nice and lively! Watch the last or prime time show! They start the show at the streets and they go around in different spots with a story. The show ends in the big square where the stage was totally awesome!
Therefore, outside the theater, tourists have been waiting in line for a long time, waiting for a magical interpretation. The normal performance is divided into several parts. These performances, some thrills, some are funny and humorous, and some are full of life, just like a stage play. When the final performance is over, all the tourists are applauding. The style here is only accessible to visitors who have seen it here.
The initial understanding of Hengdian began from Guangzhou Street. This attraction is one of the six scenic spots in Hengdian Film and Television City. It is also the first scenic spot built by Hengdian Film and Television City. In August 1996, Guangzhou Street was built for the filming of the historical blockbuster "Opium War". Here, the real-life architecture and the artistic reappearance of the old city of Yangcheng and the charm of Xiangjiang in 1840. Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street are together, so they are all called here by the name of Guangzhou Street Hong Kong Street, while Guangzhou Street is more like the taste of old Guangzhou. This feeling is really extraordinary. Everywhere you walk in Hengdian can see that it is like a real scene, without any false elements, which is rare in China and even in the world. The skyscrapers that have risen from the ground, while making the city look new, have diluted the beautiful city memories in our minds. Come to the Guangzhou Street. Hong Kong Street Scenic Area in Hengdian Studios, you will find that not only the yellowed photos, but also the film and television works can bring us the memories of the old city of Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Here, you can really feel the memories of Guangzhou and Hong Kong in that era.
Just entered the Guangzhou Street Scenic Area, just in time to catch up with the performance of "Big Word Feihong". The outdoor performance venue is semi-open and the scene is exactly the same as the old Guangzhou street in the common film and television works.
The actors' performances have added a lot of special effects, which is very exciting. Together with the professional props of Hengdian Studios, it feels like watching a movie.
Then I saw another performance of "Rage of the Sea" is also very good. Don't miss the wonderful performances when you come to Hengdian.
There are some rides in the scenic area to meet the diverse needs of tourists.
A performance is over, another show hasn't started yet, just have time to hang out in the scenic area and feel the Lingnan style a hundred years ago.
It is very like the sand surface of Guangzhou. It used to be a foreign consulate district, with many European and American style villas. The house is similar in architecture and exterior. The
clock tower is the Hong Kong Street. This clock tower is the symbol of Hong Kong and the most visited place in the scenic area.
From the bell tower to the mountain, there are fewer people here, and the scenery is more beautiful. Looking down from the hillside, the bell tower and the church are unobstructed. It is suitable for wedding dresses. In fact, there are indeed a lot of wedding photography here.
This old house is solitary in the jungle on the top of the mountain, unusually quiet, with almost no visitors.
