Show More ReviewsThe Avenue of Stars is a famous tourist attraction located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Construction began in 2003, sponsored by the New World Group with a HK$40 million investment, and it officially opened in April 2004. It was closed for expansion from October 2015 and reopened at the end of January 2019. The avenue is approximately 440 meters long and features the handprints of many Hong Kong stars. Numerous celebrity handprints and plaques are embedded in the ground and railings, including those of Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, and Chow Yun-fat. At the entrance are a 6-meter-high bronze statue of the Hong Kong Film Awards, a bronze statue of Bruce Lee modeled after his appearance in the film *Enter the Dragon*, and a bronze statue of Anita Mui. Furthermore, the Avenue of Stars is an excellent spot to enjoy views of Victoria Harbour and the "A Symphony of Lights" multimedia light and music show.
