The 100-year-old Star Ferry is a long-standing sea transport to and from Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Peninsula in Victoria Harbour. Star Ferry is one of the must-check-in transportation vehicles in Hong Kong that are famous for Hong Kong Dingding Car and Taiping Mountain Peak Cable Car. There are three piers for the Star Ferry: Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry, Central Star Ferry, Wan Chai Star Ferry. The fare is very cheap, the Octopus is slippery to enter, and it is so convenient to go to and from Victoria Harbour! Everyone must come to punch in!
From the Kowloon Peninsula to Hong Kong Island, the slow-moving Star Ferry is one of Hong Kong's most beautiful business cards! Every time I go to the Convention and Exhibition Center to participate in the exhibition, it is more affordable to stay in Kowloon. In the morning, take the Star Ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Terminal to the opposite Wan Chai Pier; Facing the breeze of Victoria Harbour, looking at the tall buildings in the distance, showing the metropolitan style!
The Star Ferry is value for money, the scenery is fantastic, can oversee the whole CBD and sea, especially during the night where there is beautiful lightings on the building. Recommend the symphony of lights show, the ferry is very stable, you won’t feel the movement, those who have motion sickness need not worry. Brought my mum (69 yo) and son (5 yo), they totally enjoyed themselves.
This mode of travel maybe the best across the two sides of Hong Kong. It maybe slower than others but you get to take in the scenery of both sides of the city. It is especially nice at night and the ride is not bumpy. Highly recommend trying this one night in Hong Kong!
The scenery is beautiful and very good!!! Although I was a little seasick and the duration was also very long. The only thing is that the number of people on the boat was not controlled well, and some people even had to stand without any seats to fight for. But it was still very beautiful, after all, it was more pleasant to stand on the deck and watch it directly!
I took a photo of my life! The Star Ferry must punch in the attraction, I like the retro pier very much! (There will be free days) 6 Hong Kong dollars once, the machine can only buy tickets in cash, you can brush Octopus (Octopus is so easy to use! Once I was ready to take the boat and found that the long queue of the pier was lined up from the ticket machine at the gate to the stairs. We took Octopus and entered directly). Alipay WeChat is 🉑 Central to Tsim Sha Tsui by car, blowing the sea breeze, enjoying the beautiful scenery on both sides of the Straits, it will be there in a while, so uncomfortable, the seat back can be turned back and forth, the window glass can be adjusted up and down, the sunset scenery is more beautiful, convenient, fast and affordable to play the best choice! tips1: There is also a retro pound machine at the entrance of Tsim Sha Tsui Pier, HK$5 once! Don't miss it!tips2: Hong Kong's courteous Qbus is also picked up on the second floor of Tsim Sha Tsui Pier!
In fact, many mainland scenic spots have similar cruise ships, the time is about 45 minutes, the two ends are decks, the middle is the leisure area, unlike the mainland, the seat of the Star Ferry is relatively idle, and there is a small coffee table. The departure place is next to the bus ship, Tsim Sha Tsui Pier, the location on the product page is Central Pier. We ran the wrong first, went to Central Pier, and then went back. The ticket for the day has been sold out, so we still have to buy it in advance. The scenery is really beautiful, if you can buy it at 19:45 in the evening, it is better to see the light show.
Very good, have the opportunity to see the night view of the mountain lake Victoria Harbour
