The Foster Botanical Garden is one of the oldest and most visited of all the Honolulu Botanical Gardens. The caretakers here are dedicated to cultivating tropical plants from all areas of the Pacific. The Foster Botanical Garden also has a large collection of palms and an award winning orchid garden. Several trees are renowned for being perfect examples of the species. Guided tours are offered at 1pm Mon-Sat. Making a reservation is a good idea.
