Manfeilong Pagoda

Manfeilong Pagoda is located on the back mountain of Manfeilong Village, Menglong Town, Jinghong City, Yunnan Province. It is named after the location, also known as Feilong White Pagoda. It is composed of the main tower and eight small towers. From a distance, it looks like a clump of bamboo shoots bursting out of the ground, so it is called: Bamboo Pagoda, which is a group of towers in the style of King Kong throne. Manfeilong Tower was built in the park in 1203. It was designed by three Indian Buddhists and built under the auspices of Guba Nanpi, the leader of Dameng. It is called in the Dai language: Ta Nuozhuang Long. It means big head bamboo shoot tower. The body of the pagoda is a masonry structure, the base of the pagoda is a circular Xumi base, and there are 9 Buddhist pagodas built on it. Buddha statue relief. The main and vertical ridges of the shrine are decorated with pottery sculptures such as dragons, phoenixes, and peacocks, and the sides of the shrine coupons are decorated with flowers, plants and cirrus clouds. The canopy and wind duo connected up and down are installed on the brake lever, the breeze blows, the clanging sound, long and solemn. Manfeilong Pagoda has far-reaching significance and influence in Xishuangbanna area, and even has profound significance among Theravada Buddhists in Myanmar, Thailand, Laos and other countries.
