Jiulongshan National Forest Park

Tianjin Jiulongshan National Forest Park is located in Chuanfangyu, east of Jiuxian County, 20 kilometers away from the county, with a total area of 2,126 hectares. Jiulongshan is an ecological natural scenic spot with forest landscape as the main body, and it governs the three major scenic spots of Jiulongshan, Limutaishan and Huanghuashan. In the northeast of the park, in the deep valley of the tens of thousands of mountains, standing on nine ridges, just like Kowloon gathering, so called Kowloon Mountain. Jiulong Mountain Scenic Area was a royal garden in Qing Dynasty for 30 years and nine years in Tongzhi. It was approved as a forest park in 1995 and upgraded to a national forest park in 1997. It was the largest and only mountain national forest park in Tianjin in 2008.
