Nice view in the morning
It is worth walking there for the views in the morning. Not worth taking the Funicular, just a waste of money, climb those few steps and walk down. It is all shaded and nice.
This is a very popular spot to take a look to the Old Town, especially during the evening or at night. Then you can see a very nice view including the Kaunas Castle and the Town Hall.
