The National Mosque in Kuala Lumpur is the largest halal in Southeast Asia. The mosques are all over the country. The National Mosque in the center of Kuala Lumpur covers an area of 5.5 hectares. It was built in 1965. It is a group of buildings including prayer halls, large minarets, mausoleums and office buildings. Its shape and decoration are similar to the three mosques of Mecca, and it is a prominent representative of Islamic architectural art.

Malaysia National Mosque is a mosque for 15,000 people, and its main features are a 73-meter-high minaret and a 16-angle star-shaped concrete main roof, like an open umbrella, the minaret hat is folded, and the building is surrounded by reflective pools and fountains. Completed in 1965, the mosque was constructed in bold and modern reinforced concrete, symbolizing the aspirations of the then newly independent country.
