The National Textile Museum (Malay: Muzium Tekstil Negara) is a museum in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The museum is open daily from 9am to 6pm, free admission. Located in the middle city of Kuala Lumpur itself. All are welcome.
Malaysia’s Islamic textiles are also very famous. The National Textile Museum here formally shows you the glorious history of Malaysian textiles and modern textile art. There are so many flowers and exquisite workmanship. It is definitely worth visiting.
Overall it was nice to take the kids but not so insightful, the museum has a lot of fabrics on display, some really represent a time when it was popular but not updated
This is a quick and free museum right next to Merdeka Square. It is neat and interesting. Check it out and spending about 30-45 minutes.
