"Across the Peace Bridge is the European Square, which covers a large area. In fact, there are no European-style buildings around this square. Perhaps it is only because of Georgians' love for the European Union that it has such a name. The square is located at the foot of the river, so in addition to the riverside view, there are also various buildings standing on the cliff overlooking the square. Most of these buildings are hotels and bars, where you can really watch the beautiful city of Tbilisi every minute of the day. We walked through Europe Square and first went to visit the Metek Church on the nearby high ground. Then we walked back to Europe Square, where we took the cable car up the mountain, to the sculpture of "Mother of Georgia" and Narikala Fortress located on the top of Surorak Mountain."
