Black beach, which was living near here. It was very convenient to go to the sea. The sunset was really beautiful. Many foreigners were basking meat. In the evening, there will be locals out for a walk. In the evening, there will be foreigners drinking and drinking.
The beautiful black beach is also a local holiday destination. Many tourists from all over the world come here to check in. The sand here is black, so it gets its name. A great place.
It is about six kilometers away from Tanjung Rhu Beach, so you can visit it on the way, so there is no need to go there! It is called the black sand beach, naturally because the sand is black, but the black sand here is completely different from the black sand that can be seen on the beaches of Taiwan. The sand quality is relatively fine, only the surface of the sand is black. There is still golden sand underneath. The hinterland of the entire beach is not large (maybe at high tide), next to it is the fishing boat berth, not far from Tanjung Rhu Beach, but the beauty index is very different. To be honest, you can leave more time for Tanjung Rhu Beach!
Pantai Pasir Hitam or Black Sand Beach. Not many tourist came here. Very clean beach. A must visit place if you come to Langkawi.
Black Sand Beach is so mystery within the Langkawi. I used to asked the local people around but no one knows. But not that clean to me compared the one i visit in Mediterranean Pacific.
Black Sand Beach Langkawi, located four kilometres southwest of Tanjung Rhu Beach, offers memorable photo opportunities and a peaceful retreat from the island’s often crowded areas. A 20-minute drive from the Langkawi Cable Car, it’s a popular hangout spot among locals, especially during weekends and public holidays.Despite its name, the beach is actually a mix of black and white sand, which some locals believe to be the result of a centuries-old curse laid by a mermaid because a fisherman had stolen her ring. Others claim that it’s soil from the rice paddy fields that were burned by farmers back in 1821.
It's known as the Black Desert Island in the Lankawi Island, Kedah in history or the people's story.
