Kleine Scheidegg (Kleine Scheidegg) is located between the Eiger and Jungfrau, with an altitude of 2061 meters. It is really very close to the Jungfrau. The small train is here and you have to change trains. There are fast food restaurants, cafes, and a small sporting goods shop on the station. Although it is May, because it is more than 2,000 meters away, the outdoor ice and snow has not melted. The air is full of cold, but the small shop is as warm as spring. Sell a lot of Swiss characteristic crafts and sporting goods. There may be a cafe upstairs, but I didn’t go up. I bought some inexpensive local crafts here as a souvenir. Take a photo with the ice and snow here, overlooking the Jungfrau Mountain. Here you can change to a small train to continue going up, but we didn't go up again.
Jungfrau’s big station is here. There is an uphill road to the highest Jungfrau, and two downhill roads back to Interlaken from two different directions. They are all skiers, waiting for the bus here. The scenery is also very good
This place is called "Xiao Xie" by people. It is the only way to the Jungfraujoch, whether it is from Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen, there are transfers here. We walked here from Mönlichen on foot. The scenery along the way is wonderful, beyond words table.
Small chai g in an altitude of 2061 km, when the train arrived at this place, will stop an hour or so, so that visitors have to get off to see the snow. At the same time it is igor, monks and jungfrau door, no matter from a road in the jungfrau, whether what kind of traffic transfer, since here is to go mountain climbing the train in tunnel. And from here can overlook layers of overlapping peaks, overlooking the expanse of the earth, and the feeling is very good.
Kleine Scheidegg is the starting point of the Upper Jungfrau, and tourists basically start from this. From Mannlichen to Kleine Scheidegg (4.4 km, 1:30). This is a very well-maintained route, the road is very flat, anyone can walk easily. The scenery along the way is very beautiful. After 30 minutes of walking, you can see the Qiu Gen Mountain on the right side, and you can always see the Jungfrau Three Peaks landscape on the following route. On the left is the Grindelwald Canyon. This is my most recommended hiking route!
