Chen Yu Memorial Hall is located in Nantian Village, Fucheng Town, Leizhou City. Chen Yuzi Wenhuan, Qing Kangxi 33 years (1694) to promote the jinshi, Hanlin Institute edited, successively in Fujian Gutian, Taiwan Zhixian, Hunan, Fujian, Fujian Governor, and the governor of Shanghai and Zhejiang. A life of clean and honest, diligent government and love the people, Kangxi emperor called it "the best of cleanliness", and Yu Chanlong, Shi Shiqiu, the same as the famous courtiers of the Dynasties, and Hairui, Qiu Qiu jointly called the three Qing officials of Lingnan.
