Dimen Dong Village

Dimon Village is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and a small clear river passes through the middle of the village. There are 3 flower bridges (wind and rain bridges). There are 2 drum towers and 2 stages in the village. In 2004, a central performance stage was built, and the Dong Nationality Ecological Museum building complex is a relatively ancient, complete and representative Dong village in the Dong nationality area. Dimen, is a place name according to the transliteration of Dong, literally translated as the source of continuous spring water, and transliterated as the place where the village was born and the people were Xingsheng. It consists of five natural villages, namely Mu Village, Mang Village, Yin Village, Wei Village and Mo Village. 90% of Dimen is surnamed Wu. Wu surnamed moved to Dimen in the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasty. Some countries moved from Tianzhu Yuankou Town, and some from Rongjiang Chejiang. It has a history of more than 700 years. There are five Dafang clans with the Wu surname in Dimen. Intermarriage is not allowed within the Dafang clan. Each Dafang clan lives together. The place where each Fang clan lives has a village name. , Mozhai and Yinzhai.
