St. James's Park is a 23-acre park in Westminster, Central London, the oldest park that is part of the Royal Gardens in London. The park is located at the southernmost end of the St. James's, named after the leprosy hospital dedicated to St. James the Less.
St. James's Park borders Buckingham Palace to the west, The Mall and St. James's Palace to the north, Horse Guards to the west, and Birdcage Walk to the south. The park has a small lake, St. James's Park Lake, with its two islands, West Island, and Duck Island, is named for the area's many waterfowls. The lake is also a living colony of pelicans which became the main feature of the park after it was presented by the Russian ambassador in 1664. The bridge across the lake provides an attractive view of Buckingham Palace with its trees and fountains, and views of the main building of the Foreign and Commonwealth Department in east.
The park is located at the easternmost in a garden chain that also includes (to the west) Green Park, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The nearest London Underground station is St. James's Park, Victoria, and Westminster.
This place is perfect for those of you who enjoy and breathe fresh air because there are many plants around that spoil your eyes.

Going through the street garden to go to Buckingham Palace to see the guard changing ceremony, passing through St. James Park, many people have fun and play, we also spent some time inside. Walking along the outer edge of the park, we were surprised to find that the park was much larger than we thought. When I walked in, I realized that the greenery is very beautiful, especially quiet and comfortable. Many people come for a walk, and there are tourists like us who are chatting and squirrels. The trees are shaded, the birds fly to the parties, and the picture is so beautiful.
St. James Park was originally the deer garden of Henry VIII. After several landscaping, it is the most beautiful park in the center of London, and it is also a favorite place for the citizens to relax. The rectangular pool in the center of the park is home to ducks of various colors and is also known as the duck garden. To the east of the park is the Swiss-style villa with bird protectors on the island. Looking out over the water, you can see Buckingham Palace, one of the beauty of London.
