Malibu Colony

Address: 23000 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu, CA 90265-4936

What travelers say:

You can park in the nearby Malibu Lagoon parking lot throughout the day for US$11. The colonial house is on the right side of the beach. The side rails should prevent entry. No problem at low tide. The lifeguard on the lagoon beach told us that you can visit the beach. Say no to it! You will see beautiful and clean beaches of exquisite villas and dilapidated shacks standing on priceless properties.

    Malibu really sucks

Malibu honestly sucks. I have no idea why people seem so enamored of it. They hate tourists and there is no shade, no parking, no amenities anywhere. The whole area is designed for residents only. On ...

    A fantastic place to live

Nice neighbours, excellent view (of the Pacific; and they call it that for a reason), and suburb resale value (secure appreciation).

Be honest, would pay $12m - 15m for one of these places?

Doesn't love up to the image created by the movies or TV! I simply can't believe that anyone would pay so much for these properties with their fixed view of the sea. It's a crazy world.

Nice place for a sunset walk but make sure the tide is out

We stayed close to this beach and decided to walk the beach at sunset however it was high tide and it was time to get our feet wet. It was interesting to see the surf colony of stilt homes albeit look...
