Moxi Hongjun Changzheng Memorial Hall

The newly renovated red tourist attraction in the local area is located in the center of the town and is open to tourists for free. It displays a large number of graphic and text images and historical objects, telling visitors about the scene when the Central Red Army Long March passed by Moxi Town.

At the entrance of the ancient street of the ancient town of Moxi, there is a Catholic church. On the way to the Long March, the Red Army held a meeting in the church priest building. Now there are some items that the Red Army used to use in the building, Chairman Mao's house display, Moses conference room restoration display, etc.

The Long March Memorial Hall of the Red Army of Moxi is located in the center of the ancient town of Moses, adjacent to Hailuogou Scenic Area, China's only glacier forest park, with a total area of about 800 square meters. The historical Moxi was once the Tangyu Ancient Road Station and the heavy town of Sichuan-Tibet Tea Horse Ancient Road. Moxi Catholic Church was first built in 1918. After it was built, Moxi Town has since gained a window to understand Western culture. In May 1935, Comrade Mao Zedong led the Red Army from Asbestos Shiyueping to Moxi, and stayed at Moxi Catholic Church at night, where the famous "Moxi Conference" was held. The memorial hall is based on the historical facts, divided into four units on the upper, middle and lower floors of the exhibition hall, with rich pictures, exhibition boards, real objects and realistic story scenes as the main body, reproducing the hard years of the Red Army Long March and the heroic and tenacious revolutionary spirit, and is a famous patriotic education base.

I wanted to take a picture of the memorial, but the staff kept walking around, and it didn’t feel good to take a picture for them. There was no photo. It was a very good small building. It was completely old-fashioned wooden house inside. The lights were also old-fashioned chandeliers.
