Xishan Grottoes

Longmen Grottoes are divided into Xishan Grottoes, Dongshan Grottoes, Xiangshan Temple, Baiyuan four attractions, but the most famous is Xishan Grottoes, Lushena Buddha is in Xishan Grottoes, is also the most concentrated place for tourists.

Xishan Grottoes were built in Northern Wei. After entering the Longmen Grottoes from the west gate of Longmen Grottoes, it is the largest piece of Longmen Grottoes. Xishan Grottoes are located in the Longmen Grottoes Scenic Area in Luoyang City, Henan Province, distributed on the west bank of Yihe River. It is the most essence of Longmen Grottoes. It mainly has caves in the Northern and Sui and Tang Dynasties. It is worth seeing.

Before I came here, I heard the teacher say that Luxena Buddha is the most shocking, and no matter from which direction, its eyes will move with your movement, because the special materials used on its surface will occur under the refraction of light. More interesting, you went to enjoy slowly. Unfortunately, many statues were destroyed, some with knife marks. It has been listed as a world cultural heritage, but as time goes by, these statues are not as clear as before, so enjoy them as soon as possible.
