Going Chinese in the Philippines!
Recommended Sightseeing time: 1-2 hour
Address: 864 Masangkay St, Binondo, Manila, 1006 Metro Manila, Philippines
Phone: (+63)2-2522888
Travel Time: Almost 2.5 hours from Bulacan
China town is one of the best locations in Philippines! Founded in 1594, it holds the distinction of being the oldest Chinatown in the world. It has since become a melting pot with many stories to tell, and a lot of things to do in Binondo involve exploring its rich heritage.
Start at Binondo Church and follow the savory scents of oranges and sweetmeats, lychees, and mooncakes. The area bordered by Ongpin, Quentin Paredes and Gandara Streets offers the heart of Chinatown, where you can browse to your heart's content and pick up noodles, yellow Chinese gold, and mysterious remedies for illnesses you may not have known you had.
Overall, I am very excited about the time I visited Chinatown and really had a great time shopping and eating!

[View] Not far from the China-Philippine Friendship Gate is Manila Cathedral, and there are many historical attractions nearby. [Fun] There are fewer places to entertain, and try not to go out at night. [Cost-effective] Food accommodation is cost-effective, and there are Chinese restaurant shops everywhere.
absolute a must do in Manilla ❤️you will love the authentic experience, the food and the people.let grab drop you off at the lucky mall, which a really nice mall and beneath the mall there is a food market.
I’m very proud to set foot in the world’s oldest Chinatown. The vibe is very vintage, with many shops selling Chinese food and snacks. I really enjoy coming here because I love culinary tourism. There’s also a temple in an unexpected location.
There are many local Chinese people, but not many can speak Mandarin. They are very welcoming to Chinese tourists. This is a very distinctive Chinatown. Walking on the street, you can smell the familiar smell. There are Cantonese dim sum, Sichuan spicy dishes, hot pot, etc. in Chinatown.
Great foods available anywhere here at chinatown. However great things always come with cost, 30mins of que is a must. Must try.......
A very good place to visit Manila China town, it is located in Escolta, the oldest city in Manila where the seat of high society begun. A bite of Chinese cuisine in most of the restaurant you can see inside the place. If you are into shopping do not forget to got to 168 mall or Tutuban mall, 199 mall or Lucky mall where you can go and visit the 4th floor where the Binondo Museum is located, this museum is the history of how Chinatown started! A must see!
