Visited the National Museum of Natural History last month. This building is newly renovated. The museum exhibits specimens of animals, geology and plants collected and preserved from all over the Philippines. One of the most attractive is the "Tree of Life". The atrium has a huge building from the floor to the ceiling. Tickets are free and open every Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.
The museum does a good job of introducing you to the flora and fauna of the Philippines. It is small by comparison to other natural history museums around the world, but it's worth checking out.
