    Super sweet journey through mountains, villages, and waterfalls

    Make sure you get seats on the right-hand side of the train (Ouro Preto to Mariana) to get the best views.

    Worth the trip

    Its a very nice trip to make, although the famous "Maria Fumaça" the steam train, is no longer in use. Only bad thing is the long line on entrance (don't forget to buy the tickets online). Also a bit ...

    Good-bye Maria Fumaça

    I was a little disappointed because the "Maria Fumaça" steam engine is out of service and has been replaced by a diesel engine.
