Church on the promenade…….

The main landmark in Balluta Bay. Right next to the bay itself. We enjoyed strolling round this area which is just a few minutes walk from St George’s Bay

I was staying at the hotel opposite the front of church, I did enjoy hearing the bells ring at multiple times of the day, plus Sunday morning and also a wedding.

Disappointing

It’s pretty on the outside. But inside is very plain compared to other churches. And they are only open during mass.

Imposing Looking Church

We went three times to vist but on each occasion we were disappointed to find that the church was closed. It seems that they are open only when there is a service or mass on Saturday and Sunday

During my visit to Malta, I visited so many beautiful architecturally beautiful Churches that the next one did not impress me.
