This is an unfinished pagoda, so all you can see is a huge pagoda base. You can only imagine its finished version, it will be huge! There is nothing to do in this place, just walk around and take a good look at the past works. I bought a full-day tour of the ancient city and took a taxi to this place. The boat departs from "Mingun Pier" at 9 am, it is best to get there 20 minutes early, and the return ticket is 5000 kyats. Once you arrive at Mingun, there is an entrance fee of 5000 kyats.
