Take Ferry from Circular quay wharf 6, ferry will take to you to Zoo about 10mins which is sightseeing cruise. take Bus (2dollers) to get to main entrance of zoo or walk 3mins to lower level of entrance. Zoo is huge! I recommend to see “Australia animals area” there is no lattice cage, by small distance you will see Koala, Kangaroo,Emu! Beautiful Animals in Taronga Zoo!The animals in the zoo are all well taken care of. Even the park is clean with complete signs, restrooms, benches and gates. The lions, tigers, elephant, giraffe were beautiful. But my favorites are kangaroo, koala and the cute little penguins swimming around nonstop. The zoo is not only for kids but for adults as well! They have also made stunning views of the Sydney skyline. We went there on a weekend so the sailboats are all out. Love Sydney!
