"I would not recommend this agency for a safari activity. We had a very immotivated guide at the beginning of our trip to Kenya. He seldom told us about the knowledge of the flora and fauna and, in addition, he was unable to answer a question for us because he did not know the answer. We were just not transported to the airport after the tour, although it was arranged. Waited 4 hours (!) and we decided to take a taxi to get on the bus. Otieno promised to transfer ( taxi and food) for this as we had already paid for it. So far we have not received a refund. Otieno ignored our email, text message and phone calls; we had no chance to get in touch. I would not recommend the agent. You would rather spend a few more dollars and save trouble."
