    Must Visit place in Georgia. Kakheti

    The cathedral is located in Akhmeti Municipality, This is really the must visit place in Kakheti Region. Especially if you get chance to visit it on Weekends

    Kings were here

    Historic place where kings were crowned. Lots of frescoes in good shape. Small vineyard next to catgedra. Fantastic view on Caucasus.

    Beautiful Cathedral in Kakheti countryside

    Got the whole place to myself as there were no other visitors when I went ! Many areas has been reconstructed while some areas are cordoned off for archeological work.
